1. Eligibility: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. Drawing (the “Drawing”) is open to individuals who are in attendance at the 2025 ONSDS Summer Meeting and fill out an entry form between 12:00 AM EDT June 20, 2025 and 11:59 PM EDT June 22, 2025. Individuals must be 18 or older at the time of submitting the entry form. The Drawing is only open to legal residents of the United States of America and is void where prohibited by law. Employees of M&F Bank (the “Sponsor”), their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Drawing. The term immediate family members includes spouses, parents, siblings, children, grandparents, and grandchildren. The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules (the “Official Rules”), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of M&F Bank as final and binding as it relates to the content, including M&F Bank’s interpretation of these Official Rules. The Drawing is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.
3. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted between 12:00 AM EDT June 20, 2025 and 11:59 PM EDT June 22, 2025. All entries must be received by June 22, 202511:59PM EST.
4. How to Enter: The Drawing must be entered by visiting the M&F Bank exhibit at the 2025 ONSDS Summer Meeting and submitting an entry form. The entry must fulfill all Drawing requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to these Official Rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of M&F Bank. You may enter only once and you must fill in the information requested. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple identities in an attempt to circumvent these Official Rules. Any use of robotic, repetitive, automatic, programmed, script, macro, or any other automated means or similar entry methods or agents (including, but not limited to, contest-entry services) are prohibited and will void all entries submitted by that Entrant. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent these Official Rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of M&F Bank.
   As an alternative entry method to that set forth above, you may instead send a 3” x 5” card on which you have hand-printed your name, email address and home address, along with a hand-printed self-addressed stamped envelope to: ATTN: Contest Entry, M&F Bank, 2634 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd., Durham, North Carolina 27707, USA. Only one entry permitted and only one entry method permitted. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied requests accepted. Entry requests must be received by June 22, 2025. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected, illegible, incomplete or postage due mail requests.
   No other entry methods permitted.
5. Additional Conditions: Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entry applications, which will be disqualified and destroyed. In the event of a dispute as to any entry application, the authorized account holder of the email address, if applicable, used to register will be deemed to be the Entrant. All entries must be made in the name of the individual and no transfer of ownership of an entry is permitted. No entries will be accepted from or on behalf of corporations, trusts, partnerships or other entities.
6. Prizes: One (1) winner will receive one “36 Blackstone Outdoor Flat Top. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value in its sole discretion. The prize is not transferrable. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. By accepting the prize winner irrevocably and unconditionally grants M&F Bank the right to use winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, details of winning and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
7. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the Drawing prior to the drawing date.
8. Winner selection and notification: Winner of the Drawing will be selected within 14 business days after the entry deadline in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form within thirty (30) business days following winner selection. M&F Bank shall have no liability for a winner’s failure to receive notices due to winner’s spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information. If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days from the time award notification was sent or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. The receipt by winner of the prize offered in this Drawing is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations. Any violation of these Official Rules by any winner (at Sponsor’s sole discretion) will result in such winner’s disqualification as winner of the Drawing and all privileges as winner will be immediately terminated.
9. Rights Granted by You: By entering this contest you understand that M&F Bank, anyone acting on behalf of M&F Bank, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the world , your entry, including without limitation, the entry and winner’s name, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Drawing, and biographical information as news, publicity or information for trade, advertising, public relations and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
10. Terms: M&F Bank reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Drawing should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Drawing. In such case, M&F Bank may select the recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by M&F Bank. M&F Bank reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Drawing or violates these Official Rules. M&F Bank has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Drawing, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to; multiple entries from the same entrant. Any attempt by an entrant to undermine the legitimate operation of the Drawing may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, M&F Bank reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Any failure by M&F to enforce any of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such rules. In the event that any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these Official Rules shall otherwise remain in effect and be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. 11. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless M&F Bank and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from (i) such entrant’s participation in the Drawing and/or his/her acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof, (ii) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctioning of any computer, cable, network, hardware or software; (iii) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions or telephone or Internet service; (iv) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Drawing; (v) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the Drawing or the processing of entries.
12. Disputes: THIS DRAWING IS GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE USA AND NORTH CAROLINA, WITHOUT RESPECT TO CONFLICT OF LAW DOCTRINES. As a condition of participating in this Drawing, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Drawing, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in North Carolina having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Drawing), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

14. Winners List: To obtain a copy of the winners’ names or a copy of these Official Rules, mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: M&F Bank, 2634 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd., Durham, North Carolina 27707, USA. Requests must be received no later than December 31, 2025.
15. Sponsor: The Sponsor of the Drawing is M&F Bank, 2634 Durham Chapel Hill Blvd, Durham, North Carolina, 27707, USA .
16. This Drawing is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with the 2025 ONSDS Summer Meeting and by entering you release the entity from any and all liability. You understand that you are providing your information to the Sponsor and not to the ONSDS Summer Meeting.
